Question

Q: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile Update

I have the Windows 7 RC, and when i updated the video drivers (per the request of Windows Update) everything went screwy. During the intallation, the screen randomly switched between 1280x800 and 800x600. After I rebooted, I get random switches between the Win 7 gui and Aero Basic (what you get when your computer can't really run Vista). Any help would be great, as this gets very annoying. Computer Specs are as follows
Toshiba Satellite A205
Intel Centrino Core2Duo 1.5GHz
2 GB PC-5400 RAM
200 GB HDD
Windows 7 RC Build 7100

Hi, go to Intel and get the drivers manually. Also turn off Driver updates as they are always old since MS is
far behind certifying drivers.

Check - Chipsets - Laptop Chipsets

To determine yours type on Search box -  System    find System Information at top run it.
Look in Components - Display - Name

Download - SAVE - go to RIGHT CLICK on it - RUN AS ADMIN - REBOOT

While there also get Chipsets - Software - Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility

do same for the install.
