Question

Q: Bought the Wireless Desktop 800 and can't get it to work This thread is locked from future replies

I just purchased the Microsoft Wireless Desktop 800 and it says it configures properly on several computers but neither the mouse or keyboard begin working. I have the batteries in, the switch turned on on the mouse, and I have plugged in the mini usb stick. The drivers say they install and i've run the fixit application and it didn't find any solutions as it doesn't even detect a problem to begin with. Using method 2 i can't find the driver as my product isn't listed. I'm running Windows 7 on all my computers.

Seriously considering taking it back and going for a non-microsoft product.
