The desktop icons have gone white and do not work as shortcuts. Right click on the desktop does nothing.

The desktop icons have gone white and do not work as shortcuts. Right click on the desktop does nothing.


Try rebuild your icon cache. It could be corrupted.

Also, you might want to see if there is corruption in some of your system files.
