How do I move the Tablet PC Input Panel to a secondary monitor?

I've been manually stopping and starting the Tablet PC Input Service to avoid conflicts with full screen apps.  I wouldn't have to do this if I could figure out how to move the Tablet PC Input Panel to a secondary monitor.  There don't appear to be any options for it.  Someone told me that there may be some third party software that can move it, but after a lot of searching, I can't find any.  Any advice?

Hi Marco S,

You will not be able move it to the secondary monitor. Moving it to that display may be done by some 3rd party software. You may search for these software on world wide web using your favourite search engine.
