Getting error 80246007 while installing Onenote

Getting error 80246007 while installing OneNote on New Technical Build 9879. Please help. Both on my desktop & laptop.

Here is another thing to try for people who are encountering error 80246007:

1)      Start Admin command prompt and type “powershell” and Enter

2)      In powershell prompt: get-appxpackage *microsoft.office.onenote* | remove-appxpackage

3)      In powershell prompt: remove-appxprovisionedpackage –Online –PackageName Microsoft.Office.OneNote_2014.919.2035.737_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe

4)     Restart Store, Search for OneNote app and install

seeing the same thing with the recent update to mail/calendar/contacts app different error number but a similar process fixed that:

1)      Start Admin command prompt and type “powershell” and Enter

2)      In powershell prompt: get-appxpackage *microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps* | remove-appxpackage

3)      In powershell prompt: remove-appxprovisionedpackage –Online –PackageName microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_17.5.9879.20671_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

4)     Restart Store, Search for Mail, Calendar People app and install
