You can only install Windows Store Apps on RT.

It's already installed automatically, you don't need to add it.

Srimadhwa,

Your reply is incorrect and is totally unrelated to the issue.

1. Only Windows Store Apps can be installed on RT

2. Flash is included and provided "in box".

Then WHY will my son's surface tablet NOT run videos on ESPN or YouTube if flash "updated" regularly? This tablet is a stupid piece of junk if it can't do what any other tablet can do better. I use Droid and Apple products and experience far more capability and less aggravation than I have experienced with this tablet in the month my son has had it. At least with those other products, I have the ability to work around these very issues. Feeling really exasperated.

See, apple products don't even have flash at all. So whatever issue you have is something to do with that particular website. Flash does get updated regularly on windows RT - that isn't the source of your problem.

Your Surface should run that just fine.  Please, let me know what website you're using and let me test it out.  I'm sure that whatever is stopping you from seeing it can be fixed in just 1 or 2 clicks.  It's probably just that your ActiveX filtering was turned on.  That's fine (it works just like Google Chrome when setting Flash to "click to run" mode).  But again, just let me know what's happening and where, and I'm sure we can get you back up and running fine.

My surface RT, does not update flash on Youtube for internet explorer, had to download ucbrowser app to work. Plus there are no other browsers that is compatible for surface RT.

I cannot even find any options on the internet explorer for allowing flash.

There's no options because it is built-in and cannot be removed.
