Unable to run any applications onto Metro Interface on Windows 8 customer preview

Hi all,

 

I installed Windows 8 CP 8250 on my PC yesterday, but I have an issue with Metro. I am not able run any application in metro interface. I just got splash but no application, then it failback to Metro Start

 

I didn't install Window 8 from scratch. I update my Windows 7 to Windows 8 CP.

 

 

System information of my ACER aspire 5732Z

- Processor speed: 2,2 GHz

- Processor type:64bit

-Hard disk free space: 350Go

- Memory: 4Go

- Video memory: 1,8Go

- Screen resolution: 1366x768

For Metro apps problems, check the following:

 

-You need at least 1024X768 resolution for Metro apps to work.

-Confirm if the issue reproduces with all user accounts. Metro apps aren’t supported if you are running with a built-in administrator account (happens mostly when upgrading).

-Check if UAC (User Account Control) is enabled. UAC must be enabled for Metro apps to work. To check, simply type UAC from the home screen and it will appear on the Settings search result.

-Try using a local account instead of a Microsoft account(Live ID).

-Refresh your PC.
