Vista SP3?

A few days ago i noticed that Vista showed SP3 installed. I tried to istall SP2 (for the 1st time) but the system said: 'A more recent version of Windows Vista Service Pack 2 is already installed'. That's it.
Interesting that Windows update didn't even say there was SP2 released. Automatic update is turned off and set to notify.
What am i supposed to do?
Thx.

Hi Matt. Great news, i'm not the only one facing the problem. And it appeared to be easysolving one:

http://www.vistax64.com/windows-updates/222759-vista-business-service-pack-3-a.html

The hex values of the "CSDVersion" subkeys to the following registry keys need to be changed from "300" to "100":
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet00?\Control\Windows
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet00?\Control\Windows

That is it! Thx for basic instructions.
