Problem In Configuring Windows Updates at the time of Startup

HI..

 

Windows updates are getting installed in my PC.

But when i restart the PC, windows doesnt get configured with the new updates.

It shows 0% complete for 5-10 minutes and then says failed to configure and starts..

Then again it downloads the same updates & Install it with the same problem of configuration at the time of startup..

I checked the details in update history which are as below:
