************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Hi Brighteyes860,

 Method 1: Manually remove and reinstall .NET Framework

To manually remove and reinstall the .NET Framework, follow these steps:

1: Remove the .NET Framework.

    Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

    Click Programs and Features.

    Note each version of the .NET Framework that is already installed on the computer.

    Then, uninstall all the versions of the .NET Framework.

    When you are prompted, restart the computer.

2: Use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to clean up the MSI database state for all the

    versions of the .NET Framework.

    Download the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility.

    Follow this link for more details: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

    Install the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility as an administrator or as a user account that

    is a member of the local Administrators group.

    Click Start, point to All Programs, and then click Windows Install Cleanup.

   In the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, remove all versions of .NET Framework.

  3: Restart the computer.

  4: Download and then reinstall all the versions of the .NET Framework that were

     previously installed on the computer.

    Follow this link for more details:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923100

Method 2: Use the .NET Framework automatic cleanup tool

This tool is not intended as a substitute for the standard uninstall procedure. You should try to perform an uninstall by using the steps in Method 1, earlier in this article, before you use this cleanup tool.

The .NET Framework cleanup tool removes the .NET Framework for you. For information about how to obtain and use this tool, visit the following MSDN Web site:

http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2006/05/30/611355.aspx

Run the cleanup tool and remove all versions of .net Framework and restart the computer.

Re-install Versions of Microsoft .Net Framework from the link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923100
