How do you resolve this error message that keep popping up - "Adobe Flash Player Update Service 11.3 r300 has encountered a problem and needs to close".

I have uninstalled Adobe Flash Player and reinstalled it and continue to get the message.  Any suggestions?

In the Adobe Support forum their Chris Campbell has announced that they are aware of the problem and are working on it.  As an interim workaround, he suggests changing the automatic update to "notify me" when updates are available.  Go to Control Panel.  Right-click on Flash Player.  Click open.  Click Advanced Tab.  Select the second radio button "Notify me."  I made this change a couple of hours ago and so far no error popping up.  Since they are working on it, I assume they will issue an update to fix the updating service!
