Language change does not affect Windows Update

Hello! I recently purchased a high-end PC from a retailer here in Greece that came with Windows 7 Ultimate. I figured out how to change its interface language to English (system-wide), but I still get Windows Update recommendations in Greek. So, I'd like to ask a few questions.

1. Does this mean that Windows Update keeps installing any updates in Greek, and, if so, is this going to cause any problems?

2. Is there a way to force Windows Update to display the update history as well as download any new updates in English instead?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Giorgos Polydoros,

Youhave to re-install the operating system in English version to get the updates show up in English.

However, there is no harm as off now as you would just get notifications in Greek but it would not install in Greek. It would do all the actions required (bug fixes).
