How to do a factory restore for Microsoft Surface Table

Hi All,

Sorry i have to post this here as i cannot find any more category closer to my device type.

I have a Microsoft Surface. This is the HUGE Microsoft table launched in 2008 and not the Surface Pro series you guys think. Refer to the picture.

Problem now is no one knows the password to the device and i cannot do a repair without the passwords.

My MS Account manager gave me this link to perform reset of the default "defaultSurfaceUser" account but i am not able to do that as i do not even have the password of the local account that we created.

I contacted MS support but the only answer given was that they have no idea what to do as this was not sold in HK and ask me to try the community instead.

Will any kind souls from MS advise how to factory reset this baby or where to get an ISO to reinstall the OS. If not this will just be one huge table doing nothing in my office.
