Windows Developer Preview Login Problem

Recently I just installed Windows Developer Preview with succes but I can't get to the desktop.  The main problem is I can't connect my internet to network because I have to manually set the IP address(TCP/IPv4) then only I can connect to network. I don't have any idea how to create new user account for Windows 8 ,I've tried to login using the Administrator account but it said "this account has been disable" . I install Windows 8 in separated partition so I can dual boot with Windows 7.
