Hit by ransomware called "CIop",

We are just hit by ransomware called "CIop",
We found a lot of files were encrypted with extension ".CIop"
And the MSSQL service and maybe some other servicees keep being brought down after we try to bring them up.
Do you have any support to clean this ransomware?  or any suggestion?

OS : Window Server 2012 Standard

Hi Leo

I am an independent advisor here to help

I am not sure if this will work for Clop as it is a fairly new variant of ransomware. But you might have a look at the following guide

Hi,\
I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 2-Year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

This looks to be a variant of Cryptomix ransomware. Unfortunately, no free decryptors are available yet.
