Not able to play DVD. Could not find driver software for HL-DT-ST-DVD-RAM GH10L ATA Device. Device cant start code 10.

I am not able to play a DVD or use any of the device drives. Could not find driver software for HL-DT-ST-DVD-RAM GH10L ATA Device.  Device cant start code 10. Also says I have a problem with Microsoft 6to4 Adapter.  I have tried to go back to an earlier restore point.  That did not solve the problem either.

I understand that you are unable to play DVD and get an error message “Device can’t start code 10”. I do understand the inconvenience.

 

I would suggest you to refer to the article for CD/DVD drive issue showing error code 10.

1.      What is the issue you are facing with Microsoft 6to4 Adapter?

2.      Which version of Windows Operating System is installed on the computer?
