Canon pixma mx330 series printer keep saying error 5200.

Original title: Printer Print printing i was using avg service as my default service. for some reason they disable my firewall to keep me from sharing with other sites this keeps my printer from

working roperly they walk me through on line but my firewall kept saying disabled. now that i cancel , my printer canon pixma  mx330 series printer keep saying when i try to use- err0r 5200
