MSVBVM50.DLL missing from Windows 7 64 bit

I am trying to install Website X5 and am running Windows 7 64 bit.  I receive the following message

"The program can't start because MSVBVM50.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. "

This software is compatbile with Windows 7 64 bit which I am running.

I would be grateful if you could advise how I can fix this problem

When trying to install a application on Windows 7/64 enterprise I was getting the same error "The program can't start because MSVBVM50.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. " 

Running msbvm50.exe to install the VB5 runtime files as suggested above, fixed the issue.
