Answer

Hi manishmeena,

The issue could be related to your video card as Malkeleah’s notified.

In addition to Malkeleah’s suggestions, I would suggest you to try the following steps:

Step 1: Alter the hardware acceleration setting and then test

Reduce\increase the graphics hardware acceleration setting

1.   Right-click the desktop, and then click  Properties.

2.   Click the  Settings tab, and then click Advanced.

3.   Click the  Troubleshoot tab.

4.   Move the  Hardware Acceleration slider to the left (also to right and test). The Hardware Acceleration setting should not be reduced to less than three notches from the right side. The Hardware Acceleration setting should be the following:

Disable all cursor and advanced drawing accelerations. Use this setting to correct drawing problems

If you reduce the Hardware Acceleration setting, you may experience more issues with video rendering.

5.   Click OK two times.

If the issue persists,

Step 2: Uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

You must be logged on as an administrator to perform these steps.

1.           Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

2.  In Device Manager, locate display adapter and then double-click the device name.

3.  Click the Driver tab, and then click uninstall Driver and follow the instructions.

Download and install the latest display adapter (Graphic card) drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
