I have a legit copy downloaded from MSDN and am experiencing the same activation problem: Error 0x8007251D: No records found for given DNS query.

It seems you are one of those who downloaded the copy of Windows 8 Enterprise released by WZOR. Please note, that copy of Windows 8 Enterprise requires a KMS host to be activated. Also, it is only suppose to be available to persons with a volume license agreement.
