Issues updating Windows 8 and Windows defender

Original Title- my windows 8 problem

When I tried to update windows 8 And Windows defender i get this

I Tried This solution

Your first plan of action might be to open the Action center / Troubleshooter / System & Security / >>>>> Fix problems with windows updates.

If you have a 3rd party anti virus program installed, disable it temporarily.

 

Also use the Windows key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin) and type sfc /scannow and return.  If it repairs errors, run it again until no errors.

I don't have 3rd party anti virus and i did as you said
 three times and i got this but still can't updated

I already did that no of those solution works for me
It's more than a week now since i installed it 
i refresh it and reinstalled it , and still can't bee solved
Can't you give me a link for offline update link 
this might solve the issue 
I've Windows 8 Enterprise Edition 32 bit
it's seems i'll downgrade to windows 7 :(

You say you are upgrading to Windows 8 Enterprise, what was the prior version of Win 7 you had.  Some version cannot be upgraded to Enterprise, see the following chart.  Does this apply to you?

my windows 7 was also Enterprise 
and it upgraded smoothly with no proplem 
just this update issue
