The store on my windows 8 laptop is not working'

My app store is not opening . When i tries to open it it takes a lot of time in loading but after a lot of time it won't work unable to solve this issue.

Method 1: To refresh the content in the Store

a. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search.)

b. Enter run in the search box, and then tap or click Run.
c. Enter wsreset.exe in the Run command and then tap or click OK.
d.
Restart your PC
e. On the Start screen, tap or click Store, and check to see if Windows 8.1 now appears on the Store home screen.

 

Also refer the steps mentioned in the article. I would recommend you to run the app troubleshooter to check for the issue.

Method 2: Clean boot
