Error 0x8024600e when trying to install or update Windows Store Apps

I have the problem, discussed here:

I tried everything.
Deleted my Live account, created a new one, rename SoftwareDistribution directory, created AUInstall and AUInstallAgent directories, sfc /scannow, refreshed Windows 8 installation (which by the way uninstalled all my programs) but nothing works.
I can't install nor update any Windows Store apps.
Please help me

I had already checked everything you're suggesting me.
This morning, after I noticed that also IE was unable to download anything, I solved it.
The Temporary Internet Files directory was missing (I don't know why).
I wrote the right location in the Registry and now everything works.

Look for
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders]
and then set the Cache key to
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
