Windows 8 Professional Debug/Checked Build

I just got my dreamspark account from univeristy, and downloaded Windows 8 Professional Debug/Checked Build, what is the difference between it and the normal windows 8 pro ?

I thought it was a checked build or something, apparently its for developers. 
Their descriptions however were the same, so I thought of asking here.

For normal users, you do not need the Debug/Checked build. It is for developers only.

If you have your product key already, you can download the right build at;

You can download it from there and use your product key to upgrade:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only
