Windows 8 installation keeps rebooting due to improper shutdown

New PC, windows 8 is already placed on the computer. It was started up, then shut down prior to completing the install.

Now, it reboots continually giving an error that:

"windows and encounter and error because it was no properly shut down and installation cannot continue. Click OK to restart the computer and continue installation"

Except it does this repeatedly with no actual end or error code on top of the windows 8 startup splash screen.

I have no way to take a screenshot of this error, and no install disc that came with the PC.

Press F8 when you start the computer just before Windows is loaded

This should load the recovery environment.

c) Click Advanced Options

d) Click Troubleshoot

e) Click Startup repair

f) Follow the on screen instructions
