Updating W7 to W8 Pro: Compatibility checking error

Hello.
I'm trying to update my W7 Home Premium to W8 Pro with the "Windows8-UpgradeAssistant" but, after some minutes, the process stops due to an internal error while it's checking the compatibility. This is the log file setuperr.log:

Can you tell me what happens and how could update correctly?
