It is both, depending on which one was installed onto your computer.
The easiest way to find out which you have is to look at your C:\ drive.
If you see Program Files and Program Files (x86), you are using 64 bit Windows.
If you just see Program Files once, it is 32 bit.
When you are looking for drivers and you have a choice, select the ones for your version.
A lot of times, you get the same drivers\software regardless.
Most drivers and software are only available in 32bit, but will work on a 64 bit machine, but not the other way around.
64 bit stuff won't work on a 32 bit machine
