Going into Circles w/ "The computer started using the windows installation media..." message

Ran through the Insallation for Windows 8, but keep running into this message:

"The computer started using the windows installation media. Remove the installation media and restart your computer so that Windows starts normally. Then, insert the installation media and restart the upgrade. [Do not select | Custom [advanced]| to perform an upgrade."

I've done this a few times and just going in circles. Any guidance will be HIGHLY appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

I appreciate your concern.

What is the make and model of your computer?

I would suggest you to update BIOS of your computer from the manufacturer's website and then try to install Windows 8 again.

Note: Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.
