Hello Pavel Ishutin,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.
I understand that you have issues in installing Windows 8 on your notebook. I will definitely assist you in installing Windows 8. Let us start with couple of questions.
1. What is the previous Operating System installed on the computer?
2. Can you boot back to previous Operating System?
3. Does the notebook meet the minimum System Requirement to install Windows 8?
4. What is the make and model number of the notebook?
By considering the Error message, it looks like the Windows 8 installation files have not been loaded properly during the installation. There’s a chance that the installation disc is corrupted or there might be problem with the DVD drive.
I would suggest you to create a new installation disc and check how the installation goes.
You can use the same disc on different computer to install Windows 8.
Yes you need to have Internet connection in order to install Windows 8 on that particular computer.
I hope this would clarify your doubts. Even after creating a new installing disc if you face the same issue, then I would suggest you to reply to this thread, we are glad to assist you further.

I reinstalled Windows 7 and downloaded the installer (web setup) windows 8 on the notebook. Follow all the necessary steps and make a boot dvd disk. Windows 8 established and well earned.

Hello,
This problem is solved downloading the installation files again. I spent almost 2 days with this error, I tried using the shortcut on the desktop and deleting the $windows.~BT folder so it will be a fresh download, but nothing of these worked. Then I used the following website to download the files to an USB drive:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows-8/buy-windows-8-online-faq
if you have the installation key, select the fourth question and then the second option and follow the prompts.
hope it helps
Anibal

Exact same problem with an older Asus laptop, attempting to install via DVD --after reformatting the hard drive--
Consistently failed on a clean hard drive with a meaningless error message stating required files are missing, burping up code 0x8007025D.
Finally, gave up on the DVD.
RESOLUTION
(per another post here, which gave the answer without admitting the DVD installer is an epic fail, at least when the hard disk is clean)
Reinstalled old Win 7 Pro, applied SP1, let Windows Update apply all pathes, AND THEN executed the Windows 8 installer via website:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only
No DVD or USB drive needed.
Hope this helps... was needlessly frustrating. Very poor error handling/reporting by the Win 8 installer.
FYI - for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
- goto http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5842
-- For 64 bit OS, download and run: windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe
-- For 32 bit OS: windows6.1-KB976932-X86.exe
