Blank live tiles (Windows 8 Enterprise Full Release)

My live tiles do not show anything, let alone update (well one or two do).
This happened before, so I reinstalled Windows 8.
It worked for a while, but they started becoming blank one-by-one.
Now ~80% are blank.
Has anyone got a fix for this yet? (looking at you Microsoft!!)

Ive got the notifications on, and Ive ran the troubleshooter.
Ive tried uninstalling the apps and reinstalling.
Ive tried turning live tiles off and on.
And, as stated above, have even reinstalled.

Looks to me like a software issue in Windows, rather than a fault of my own.

Thoughts/help?!

Found it!
I have a program called Sage thumbs installed (gives thumbnails to un thumbnailed files in windows explorer), anyway, it was breaking Photoshop, so I removed it and now my tiles are working again.
So, I recommend if you have any such program, remove it/disable it.
