Windows Phone 8 app does not install on..Windows 8
This is an almost stereotypical Windows problem, but it actually happened. I am trying to install the
Windows Phone 8 app for Windows 8, but when I click on the installer and begin the install process, a box pops up that helpfully says "Application is ready to install", and the "Install" button is grayed out and not clickable. The only option is "Cancel"!!

I request you to answer these questions, so that we can diagnose the issue, correctly:
1.Are you able to install other apps from Windows Store?
2.Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
Here’s what you can try:
Save the setup file for the app and then try to install it in Clean Boot.
To help troubleshoot error messages and other issues, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software
conflicts. Here is the link for your reference to perform clean boot.
