I am running windows 8 x64 with 3 user accounts. everything was fine until I updated one of the accounts from the windows app store with the lastest mail, people, message update. After the update may apps on Metro would crash. I had to uninstall most of
my app and reinstall to get them working again except the video app. I can not play videos with the app, it shows an error. can not play file 0xc00d36c4. The other two accounts works fine. please help

Update display drivers:
a. Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
b. Double click Display adapter and right click on the device available and select Update Driver Software.
c. Follow the prompted steps to complete updating the drivers.
