Windows 8 App not connecting to internet

I have Just upgraded from Win7 to Win 8 Pro, I am facing problem with Metro Apps they are not connecting to the internet. Only Skype and App Store can connected  other Apps like Weatherbug , wikipedia ,Skydrive, calendar, Tunein etc  are not connected (Error: Check your Internet Connection). I'm able to connect and browse on Desktop.

I'm using a 3G usb modem for Internet Access

I'm logged in Local Account, Checked the location settings, Tried reinstalling the Apps, Checked the Proxy Settings(Disabled) and have no Antivirus Installed so Far. Checked an Installed all  Windows 8 and App Updates. So Far nothing seem to be working.

If anything Else has to be done please let me know.

Just Tried refreshing my PC it takes a while but now everything seems to be working fine.All the apps are connecting to the Internet.
