Hi Lima,

I see that the mail app is not working properly on your computer.

1. Are you getting any error message when you use the Mail app?

2. Are you able to use other apps?
3. Have you made any recent changes to the computer?

I suggest you to perform the following troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run the Modern User Interface App troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Step 1:

Please click on the link given, download the file save it and run the troubleshooter:

Step 2: Please go to the link given here and check if the issue gets resolved.

Please go through the following link for troubleshooting.

In many cases, the Windows Store will automatically notify you if there’s a problem with an app and try to fix the problem. If the Store doesn’t notify you of the problem or you continue experiencing problems with an app.

What to do if you have problems with an app:

Actually I'm getting the same error with Bing Maps here (no specific error messages are being displayed though). Other Win8 apps seem to be working fine. The uninstalling and installing the app from the Store again did not help.

The symptoms are as follows:

- after starting the app it takes a long time to show a proper map, before that either nothing but the location icon is being shown or you see a blurred version of a map (in my case it looks like a map of  whole Europe, although the scale is 1 km)

- if the map finally loads and shows my location in Poland, zooming in or out does not work (when you try to zoom your location icon moves a bit around the map, the map itself does not change),

- if you try to pan around the map - you get a similar result: the icon is moving, the map is not.

In my case it is the Polish version of Win8 on a non-touch screen Asus laptop. The problem started to show after the update from April 15th.
