Lack of Snipping tool in Windows 8 UI (NOT THE DESKTOP) but in any Windows Store Apps

Is there any Snipping tool in Windows 8 UI ?
The only way I figured out was to use the PRINT SCREEN

If there's no such tool, it's a very huge lack not being able to take just a part of a screen in Windows 8 UI

I know where it is I'm using it every day and very often.  It's just not working in Windows 8 UI
On the Desktop there's no problem with it but as soon as you go in the Windows 8 UI there's no way of using it so is there a similar tool when we are in the Windows 8 UI (Windows Store apps) ?

Hi

The workaround for this would be to create a Screenshot in the Store App, load the Screenshot into Paint and and Crop the image to whatever you wish.

There is a new keyboard Shortcut in Windows 8 for creating Screenshots.

1. Press the WinKey+Print Screen. This will create a screenshot and automatically place it in your My Pictures\Screenshots folder.

2. Open the Screenshot in Paint and use the Select + Crop tools.
