Client Hyper-V Missing

Unless I missed something, Hyper-V seems to be missing.  I'm running a 64 bit copy of Windows 8 Professional and Client Hyper-V is supposed to show up in "Turn Windows features on or off", but it does not.  I hope someone can set me straight.  I really don't want to fork over $200 for a copy of VMware.

Windows 8 uses Hyper-V instead of XP Mode.

Windows 8 XP Mode?
