App tile does not work Window 8 Pro, Lenovo tablet

My news tile just sits there saying installing. Will not start app. The tile says it is AppexNews. I can start app by going into search and pressing the tile there. This is the news app that came with the computer, Windows 8 Pro (Lenovo ThinkPad 2)
