Dear Sandeep
Hi
I cant remember, what I loaded that lead to this problem.
Its a relatively new Toshiba, I got from US in the month of January
It already had Windows 8. I did load a few work related softwares

For the last three months I have having this problem. How ever it wasnt so often . It used to be like once in a week

But as on todays date, it happens every day. Thats after my laptop goes into hibernation, when I open the lid, in a few seconds I get a error message, on a blue screen- WINDOWS HAD TO UNEXPECTEDLY SHUT DOWN. TRYING TO SAVE THE INFORMATION. IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THE PROBLEM
thanks so much

Hi,

Not sure if all on here have had luck in fixing this problem. Just in case, I had it a while back and found that it was caused by having files still on my computer from an anti virus software that I though was completely removed before installing a new one. Once I was able to finally remove all the first anti virus software I stopped getting the bsod.

Hope this might help.

I have this very same issue in a brand new Toshiba notebook. Support has already reboot my computer twice but the issue persists, related to my network connection...I feel so disapointed on W8, I'm quite sure this is the main reason I'm having all this problems.
