Dell Inspiron 15R Windows 8 Ghost Clicking

I have just bought a Dell Inspiron 15R laptop with touch screen. It keeps randomly ghost clicking. I have seen on another forum that disabling "USB input Device" under "Human Interface Devices" in Device manager disables the touch screen (I don't have a disable touch screen button like some). I was wondering if anyone knew a way to solve this problem without disabling the touch screen. I have added a print screen of the screen when this ghost clicking occurs, the bubble type things are where it is clicking.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
The problem is still persisting, the only change when turning off the visual feedback was that I could no longer see the taps.

Hi,

This appears to be a problem with the Windows updates. My Asus Vivo SmartTab started behaving like this after I installed updates. It was working fine before the updates.

Can I uninstall an update as my laptop would have come with the update on it? I only got it about 3 days ago.
