Did you read about what a REFRESH does?

You will need to install everything (from the media, downloaded installer, etc.) that was not originally downloaded from the Windows Store.  (See image above for what you saw when REFRESHing your computer.)

If your computer came with the software you need to re-install - you will need to contact the manufacturer of the computer to see what method they have granted you in order to re-install said software.  They may have to send you installation media for some of the products.

If you installed the software yourself, you will need to do it again.

If you refresh or reset Windows 8, any software installed on the computer would be lost.  You'll need to install them.  However, if you are using a branded computer and it came with Windows 8 pre-installed on it, initiate a factory restore on the computer check the user manual for that.  However, do ensure that you backup the data before you initiate a factory restore, otherwise you'll lose the data (if any) as well.

Alternately, you can download the software from the manufacturer website (I think it is Samsung), by entering your computer's model details in there.  The link for Samsung's support site is given below:

Hi

When you start the Refresh process, you will see the following message.

You can avoid this issue in the future by using the following procedure.

After you get all of your programs and apps installed, create a Custom Refresh Image. A custom refresh image will retain any programs and apps that are installed when when the custom image is created.

To create a Custom Refresh Image, perform the following steps.

Important: Exit all running programs. If you are using a portable computer, plug in the AC Adapter while you create the image.

1. Press the WinKey+X to display the system menu and select the Command Prompt (Admin).

2. In the command window, type the following command.

recimg.exe /createimage C:\RecoveryImage

Press Enter.

(Note the 2 spaces in the command)

The creation process will show 4 steps.

Initializing - 100%

Creating Snapshot - 100%

Writing Image - 100%

Registering Image - 100%

Note: The Writing step will not start immediately and will take approximately 30 - 45 minutes to complete, the other 3 steps are very quick.

This new custom image will be used anytime you use the Refresh option.

It's recommended that you create a custom refresh image occasionally when you make any major installs or changes to the computer.

Thank you for your quick response. Yes I knew that it will delete some thing on the comp. But did not expected this. I did not install even one appl or driver on this computer. Do  you want to say that such programs as blutooth, Help Desk, Realtek High Definition Audio Driver should be deleted? Also, the performance of comp is very bad now, very slow, and i think I have got a virus. There is a lot of  banner on any website, i've never had them before. I have Norton internet security but it not detecting any threats. How i can check for virus?  It's hard to explain, but I'll try: I'm typing something on the screen but it does not appear all at once and then after a while i can see what  I wrote. Anyway some thing wrong with computer.. Thank you.

Since you are having these issues, and you are also needing to reinstall anything that came with your computer, I would recommend using the PC Reset option (not Refresh).  This is a more complete restoration option that will remove absolutely everything and leave you with a fresh installation of just Windows, a clean slate that should have no problems.  You'll need to install your programs you want again, but since you have to do that anyway it might be the best way to clean up and start from known good point.
