Installing Windows 8 System builder

I was installing windows 8 on a new computer that I just built, an error causes computer to power down mid install (Wasn't sure how far in) now when I try to turn on my computer it can not troubleshoot the problem and when i tried to do a reset it says "The media inserted is not valid. Try again."

Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver
