how to create windows 8 ISO image with the help of boot, efi, sources and support folders

Hi,
I have following folders in my pen drive:

Boot
EFI
Sources
Support,

and the following files:

setup
bootmgr.efi
bootmgr

How can I create an ISO image of windows 8 with the help of these files and folders. I even installed ADK but I couldn't keep up with that.
I would highly appreciate if somebody could help me out here.

Secondly, I would also like to know how to create a system image of WINDOWS 8, in case the hard disk crashes.

Regards
Mak

Answer

If you have the upgrade key, go here

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

you can go there while using win8 / win7 / vista of matching bits that you want - and download the win8 setup, and run setup with your key to download what you need to install windows from that.  That will allow you to have a bootable iso.

Make a system image from the control panel / Windows 7 file recovery / System Image.  I certainly would not want to put that on dvd's.  It will take too many.   Find yourself an old preferably laptop hard drive and buy it a 20 dollar usb enclosure, make yourself an external hard drive.
