Last week, I refreshed my computer back to Windows 8 after it had been updated to 8.1 because the computer was crashing so frequently. However, I have continued to receive several blue screen of death errors (KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, BAD_POOL_HEADER, & MEMORY_MANAGEMENT).
These have occurred when I am watching movies through Amazon Instant Video or video chatting with my family. I'm guessing I need to update a driver, but I'm not sure how to determine which driver to update.
Is there any easy way to figure out what is causing the problem? What should I do?
Here are my computer specs:
HP Pavilion
Windows 8
Processor: AMD A8-5545M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.70 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB (7.22 GB usable)
64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor
I'm working on getting a minidump file shared online. I'm having trouble with that.
