Windows 8- Deleted My Account and can't access Administrator anymore.

Hello Help!
I have windows 8 for more than 5+ months now. It was working so good (except additional prompting window for Admin Access Permission). I had total 3 accounts on my system. 1. Admin( I am not sure but I do remember like I was logged in with my hotmail email& password) 2.My Account Named VASU and 3. Guest.
I was using My account "VASU" so extensively. I have never used any other account. I have 5 months' work on that account. Yesterday, by mistake I deleted my Account "VASU". Now I can not login in Administrator account. (Password is not working- I changed my Microsoft Account Password with help of Link. I have received that link from Microsoft. I have requested to reset password for my Microsoft account.)

I tried to activate my hidden Admin account with help of cmd.
used NET USER Administrator/active:yes
NET USER Administrator [PASSWORD]

I tried Windows Key+X but,
e)      Right click on Administrator and choose properties.  SUCCESSFUL

f)       Now, uncheck 'account is disabled'.<- at this step there is prompt window "Event Viewer" body "Cannot open eventlog service on computer '.'. "

when I close that prompt window, I can see some flashy appearance of some prompt window. I can not see its existence more than half second.

I also tried Windows Key+W but,

c) Then select “Users” from the left panel. SUCCESSFUL

d) Select “Switch to Microsoft account” right below your user account name.<-I can only see

Hi Darpan,

Let us work together to resolve this issue.

We appreciate that you tried to troubleshoot the issue yourself and mentioned them to us.

I believe restoring the system to a previous date should recover the account.

Here’s what you can try:

If you can log into the Default Administrator account, follow these steps to perform System Restore:

a.     On the desktop, press Windows key + R to open a Run Dialog.

b.     Type %systemroot%\system32\rstrui.exe.

c.      Press Enter and select a restore point before the account got deleted.

Check if the account is restored.

If you aren’t able to log into the account, then using an installation media, perform System Restore.

Refer to the following link to learn how to create an installation media for Windows 8.
