Windows 8 Pro: Unable to play video and Misic files in WMC on Xbox 360 - Can do with the Video player

Hey,

I have been having issues with this for a few days now. Everything worked perfectly under Win 7 Ultimate.
However after making a clean upgrade to Win 8 Pro with the Media Center Pack, I cannot get Windows Media Center on my xbox 360 to play any files. All files (audio & video) are visible, but they refuse to play and generate errors like:

Video Error
Files needed to display video are not installed or are not working correctly. Restart Windows Media Center or restart the computer

None of the above options worked.

A Homegroup is set up, I am on a private network, File & Printer sharing and Network Discovery are on and I can see the Xbox and its Media Center Extender in Devices & Printers.

Everything is shared. My 2 drives have been set 'Share' to Everyone same as the folders within.

I can play the files in WMC on my PC perfectly.

What I did see is the event logs complaining about Digital Rights Management
