[Solved] Windows 8 shutdown after being sleep or hibernate !

I have a ASUS K53SC and I installed Windows 8. After installation, I put my laptop to sleep (or hibernate) but after 6 mins, it shutdown ! After I turn on my laptop, it displayed an error message : "Your PC ran into a problem. This problem caused your PC to restart. ...". Here's the minidump file: sdrv.ms/173y4As
I tried to reinstall windows 2-3 times but the problem is still there :( I'm very upset about it. It would be great if anyone can help me. Thank you !

b) Type Troubleshooter in the search box and then press enter.

Also follow the steps given below and check if it helps.

Method 3: Let us try booting the computer in safe mode and let us perform a clean boot.

Step 1: Perform Safe Mode

Check if you face the same issue in safe mode. If the issue doesn’t persists in safe mode, the place the computer in clean boot and check.

Step 2: Perform Clean Boot.

To help troubleshoot error messages and other issues, you can start Windows 8 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Important: Reset the computer to start as usual.

Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to boot to normal startup.

a) Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.

b) In the ‘Run’ windows type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.

c) On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option, and then click ‘OK’.

d) When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’.

Method 4: Update BIOS and graphic card drivers.

Please contact computer manufacturer to Update the Chipset, BIOS, and Graphic drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

Disclaimer: Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

If the Windows 8 Compatible drivers are not available let us refer to the link given below to install the drivers in Window 7 compatibility mode.

Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows
