Question

Q: runtime setpoint error on windows 8 This thread is locked from future replies

As of 07/16/2013, I began having issues w/my Logitech (M525) wireless mouse, causing screen to move vertically, this morning I can not access my Comcast account and the runtime error window continues popping up.  Here is the error message:

Runtime Error

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C\Program Files\Logitech\Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Logitech setpoint event manager is restarting

There was a windows update just last night, I do not believe this is a coincidence

PLEASE, PLEASE HELP !

Answer

A:

Morning & thanks Pelqlurchan,

I was so frustrated, but updated drivers & runtime error disappeared, still couldn't get into my Comcast account. I researched Comcast's website for answers & low & behold I was able to resolve it!  Thanks be to God!  Then had an issue w/audio which I just replaced the driver & so far, so good!  Thanks for responding, it is appreciated!

Did this solve your problem?

Sorry this didn't help.
