I have found a bug in the Windows 8 Control Panel where the keyboard interface is not fully implemented.

As per subject - I have found a bug in the Windows 8 Control Panel, "Performance Information and Tools", "Advanced Tools" cannot navigate with the standard keyboard interface (tab and arrow keys) to all the links.  Is anyone else able to replicate this?  If so where can I log this with Microsoft?

This keyboard interface problem causes an issue for visually impaired screen reader users where the keyboard interface is relied on to access links etc.

Steps to replicate are in Windows 8 64bit (I assume it effects 32bit as well):

1. Press Windows key + X and select "Control Panel" from the menu.

2. Arrow down to "Performance Information and Tools"  - if it is not visible then set the Control Panel view to "Small icons".

3. Then tab down to the "Advanced Tools" link and press enter.

4. Using the tab and arrow key attempt to navigate around all the links - you will find that with the keyboard interface you cannot access many of these.
