I accieentally disabled all services in msconfig in Windows 8, how could I re-enable them (especially those Microsoft services)

Open msconfig > open 'Services' and re-enable all services, make sure every box is ticked, the select 'Apply' > then 'Close' msconfig.
A computer is a device, that requires human input to operate efficiently.
Alas we humans do fail!!!!

I agree with Shilohbob, moreover if you try to disable Windows will not allow you to disable all services that are required to run Windows , for example: RPC services. These services are needed  by Windows at all times. I even tried disabling all the services through mcsonfig, (in Windows XP) msconfig does disable services leaving aside the important ones (msconfig will not allow you to disable all the services at any  given point
