How to enable 16 bit application support in windows 8.

hello community memeber , unfortunately i have disabled the 16 bit application support in windwos 8 , please help me ,, how to enable it again ?? it's also not showing in control panel.

There is no 16 Bit Application support in 64 Bit at all.  So if you have Windows 64 Bit you dont have support for 16 Bit.  It is a limit of the architecture just like the limitation of 32 Bit only being able to use 3.2GB of RAM.
